Thetford Smart Tote 2 Replacement Hose

Ok I need some guidance folks, I need some replacement parts for my 35 gallon Thetford waste tote. I've worn out the front swivel wheels and I need a new sewer hose. I've been to the Thetford web site and they have a parts list on the site (attached below) but you can't order directly from them.
